Returns
As a small business, Pine & Treasure’s returns and exchange policies differs to large retailers. As a one woman band, it’s extremely hard, physically and financially, to match a standard retailer’s full returns policy.
Please note that I can only honour a refund for faulty goods. If in the unfortunate circumstance your item arrives faulty, please send a photo and description of the problem to pineandtreasure@gmail.com and include your order number. We will resolve this as quickly as possible.
When ordering, please be mindful about the pieces you are looking to buy. Please don’t buy duplicate items across multiple sizes with the intention of returning items, as you may be refused a refund. I openly invite anyone to contact me directly with their sizing questions. I’m transparent about sizing details on Instagram and open up a Q&A ahead of every pre-order to encourage you to ask questions. If you have asked questions ahead of purchasing, and are still unhappy with the sizing, then please email info@pineandtreasure.com so that we can explore a solution.
Due to the nature of the pre-order model, I only put into production the garments that are ordered. This ensures there is no waste or surplus stock that may end up unsold. If, for some reason, I am able to swap your item and fulfil it in a future pre-order, I will try my best to accommodate this.
