Pine & Treasure is run by me, Katie. It started as an Instagram-only shopping destination for preloved and vintage goods, which began in May 2019. Since this time, I've built a very special and loyal customer base and have sourced and sold everything from second hand clothing, preloved furniture and vintage homewares.

In spring 2023 I launched Pine & Treasure’s debut slow fashion clothing range. With the foundations of Pine & Treasure being built on conscious consumerism, it felt like a natural next step to offer small-batch, slow fashion clothing pieces which could also complement my preloved offering.

I left my full-time marketing job towards the end of my maternity leave in 2022 and haven’t looked back since. I’ve had to learn so much along the way and have loved growing the own-brand side of the business.

The Treasure Collection is my uk-made co-ord collection, which was originally inspired by over a decade of seaside family holidays and has been thoughtfully designed to take you through more than just the summer season, whether it be at home, abroad or both.

The P&T Casual range launched in June 2024. However, the idea started as a suggestion from my own customers. I shared an Instagram post in 2022 announcing going full-time self employed. In the picture I wore a sweatshirt which I’d had ‘Pine & Treasure’ embroidered onto. People started asking if they could buy the sweatshirt, and the rest is history! All items from The Treasure Collection are handmade in the UK. All items from P&T Casual are fair trade, recycled and/or better cotton certified. They’re also screen printed by a local business.

More recently, I’ve built a great relationship up with my Jaipur manufacturers who craft my pyjama sets. This is the latest developing side of Pine & Treasure and I’ve absolutely loved introducing you to these beautiful hand-block printed materials which are all crafted by artisans.

And finally, I couldn’t not mention the preloved shirts. This is an ongoing project I’ve been working on for years now! We’ve collectively saved hundreds and hundreds of men’s shirts from landfil. I source and curate small batches of these shirts and work with a third-party small business to embroider them with customisation of your choice. Expect to see these unique shirts in monthly drops over on Instagram.
